Privacy Policy

I’m Ivy Sagrado, operating under the brands Ivy Sagrado Coaching & Consulting and Spark System AI in Woodstock, Illinois. This policy explains how I handle personal information through ivymsagrado.com, related business pages and forms, and my coaching, consulting, and AI setup services.

Information I collect

I collect information you provide when you:

Subscribe to emails: your name, email address, and subscription preferences.

Book an appointment: your first and last name, email address, phone number if requested by the form, appointment date, time, time zone, and any additional information you provide.

Become a client: contact details, project information, agreements, business materials, and communications needed to deliver your services.

Make a payment: billing and transaction information processed through Stripe connected to HighLevel.

Website and service providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and requests made to their services.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, two-factor authentication codes, or sensitive personal information in booking forms or ordinary email.

How I use information

I use information to:

Deliver resources and email updates you request.

Schedule appointments and send confirmations and reminders.

Prepare for calls and send relevant recaps, proposals, and follow-ups.

Provide services and communicate about your project.

Process payments and maintain business records.

Protect my services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Appointment communications are currently by email. I do not currently use collected phone numbers for calls, text reminders, or text marketing.

Providers that support my business

I use the following providers, depending on the page or service you use:

HighLevel: forms, booking, email communications, and client management.

Stripe: payment processing through HighLevel.

Google: business email and calendar.

Netlify: hosting for existing websites or pages.

Cloudflare: domain name services and, where enabled, website traffic delivery and security.

These providers process information as needed to deliver their services, under applicable agreements and their own privacy policies.

Client accounts and AI services

For AI Back Office Install projects, you create and own your accounts. I perform setup and client work inside your accounts using the access we agree upon.

I do not transfer client project content into my own AI accounts to perform the work.

AI platforms and connected tools may process information within your accounts under their own terms, privacy policies, and settings. Owning an account does not prevent the platform provider from processing information.

Sharing and confidentiality

I do not sell your personal information or provide it to other businesses for their independent marketing.

I share information only as needed with providers supporting the services described in this policy, as you authorize, or as required by law.

I keep nonpublic client business information confidential and use it to perform the agreed work. Your service agreement provides additional details about confidentiality and access.

Cookies and similar technologies

I have not intentionally added advertising pixels or website analytics tools.

The platforms supporting my website, forms, booking, and payments may use cookies or similar technologies for their services, including functionality and security. Cookie use can vary by page, provider, and settings.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect booking, payment, or other features.

Retention

I retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested services, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

At the end of a project, I return or delete client project materials in my possession as agreed, except records retained for legal or necessary business recordkeeping purposes. Retained confidential information remains protected.

Information in client-owned accounts remains subject to the client’s controls and the provider’s retention practices.

Your choices and requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing me. You may still receive necessary communications about an active purchase, appointment, or project.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold by contacting [email protected].

I may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are handled under applicable law, including required response periods and exceptions that permit or require retention. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

I do not ask clients to share passwords, API keys, or two-factor authentication codes. Access to client accounts is arranged through an agreed authorization method.

Call recording

I do not currently record or use AI transcription for discovery calls or client sessions.

Children’s privacy

My paid services are intended for adults age 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through these services.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me so I can address it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as my services, providers, or practices change. Updates will appear here with a revised “Last updated” date. I will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
